Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Your Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
